On the morning of October 18, the signing ceremony between Zhejiang Normal University and Jinhua Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and the plaque unveiling ceremony of the College of Mathematical Medicine Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Normal University were held at Jinhua Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, joining Zheng Mengzhuang, ZJNU Chairman of University CPC Committee, Zhang Genfu, Vice President of ZJNU, Ruan Ganghui, Deputy Mayor of Jinhua, Chen Xinmin, Chairman of CPC Committee of Jinhua Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and Li Chengwei, President of Jinhua Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.
Zheng Mengzhuang, Ruan Ganghui, and Li Chengwei presented on behalf of Zhejiang Normal University, Jinhua Municipal People’s Government, and Jinhua Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, respectively. They emphasized a shared hope for the two institutions to facilitate extensive strategic cooperation, in order to support technological innovation in healthcare and create a prosperous modern metropolis zone.
Zheng Mengzhuo and Ruan Ganghui jointly unveiled the plaque of the College of Mathematical Medicine Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Normal University.
Zhang Genfu and Li Chengwei signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.
The event was attended by other relevant department heads from ZJNU, the city and the hospital.
The signing of the cooperation agreement between the College of Mathematical Medicine of Zhejiang Normal University and Jinhua Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and the successful establishment of the College of Mathematical Medicine Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Normal University represent an investigation into the benefits and potential of traditional Chinese medicine as well as a significant step toward its industrialization and modernization. Both institutions are committed to achieving the synergy of clinical medicine, medical education and medical research, advancing discipline development, research cooperation, and talent training through comprehensive cooperation, in order to jointly promote the quality development of emerging medicine-allied interdisciplinary studies and the healthcare industry.
