On May 14 and 15, the “National Medical Artificial Intelligence High-Value Innovation Project Summit and the Third Medical Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Innovation Development Conference”, co-hosted by Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Normal University, and the Management Committee of Hangzhou Future Sci-tech City (Innovation Hub), were held in Hangzhou Future Sci-tech City.
Xu Zongben, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ye Quanfu, Director of the National Institute of Hospital Administration of National Health Commission, Wan Suiren, Vice President of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, and Shen Jianfeng, Investigator of the Planning and Informatization Department Big Data Office of National Health Commission, gave keynote reports respectively, with a focus on the latest achievements and new applications of smart distributed healthcare.
The establishment ceremony of the Artificial Intelligence Medical Equipment Alliance Expert Committee, the Intelligent Medical Image Analysis and Remote Diagnosis & Treatment Center, and the National Representative Medical Artificial Intelligence Algorithms Awards Ceremony were held during the conference. Recognition was given to the “Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers Deep Network (Deep ADMM-NET)” proposed by Academician Xu Zongben, Prof. Sun Jian, Dr. Yang Yan et al., the “Lightweight Deep Learning Framework (DE-Light)” developed by Prof. Kong Dexing and Dr. Wu Fa et al., and the “Distance Regularized Level Set Evolution Method (DRLSE)” proposed by Prof. Li Chunming et al.
The National Medical Artificial Intelligence High-Value Innovation Project Competition was held on May 15. Teams from Zhejiang Normal University, led by Wen Jianming and Wang Hui, won the Second Prize and the Award of Recognition respectively.
